2018

Securing Red & Beige Reserves

Acquired exclusive long-term leases for Ilkal Red (Karnataka) and Sadum (Andhra Pradesh) quarry reserves, introducing diamond wire-saw extraction setups to avoid block fracture risks.

2021

Dubai Hub & Sourcing Diversification

Established our regional marketing office in Dubai (UAE) and diversified our product offering to include sandstone, limestone, slate stone, marble, and cobbles.

2024

Turnover Milestones & Mangalore Leases

Maintaining a constant, high-volume overseas turnover averaging more than Rs. 15 Crores annually. Secured the long-term 40-year lease for our Mangalore Striated Gneiss site.

2026

Industrial Scaling Blueprint

Rolling out our Rs. 1,000 Lakhs scaling expansion program to fulfill high-volume global purchase order backlogs and acquire new, premium syenite mine sites.

Mr. Manjunath Balasubramanya Hassan plays a leading role in the technical activity of the organization. An astute business person with over **18 years** of overall industrial experience. He possesses strong decision-making abilities, a vast knowledge of construction materials and procedures, and an affinity for enhancing marketing techniques and design applications which are essential contributions to the productive success of the organization. His expertise ensures the standard of quality of service in this field of granite quarrying and export, coming with specialization in this field for over **25 years**.
